Upgraded Wastewater with Building Consent

We have a number of clients who have contacted us because they want to upgrade their wastewater system. This can be for several reasons including; the existing system has failed, or it no longer meets the requirements of the property owner, or the property owner doesn’t like the system that has been installed.

At Gibbons, we will visit the property to understand what is existing and what is required to be upgraded, undertake soil testing, prepare a design report, work with the drainlayer and provide construction monitoring.

We can also apply for a building consent from the council, if required, and then collate all the necessary documentation at the end of the build and apply for the Code of Compliance. Our aim is to make this process as easy as possible.
